Those who do not believe in god what is the reason ? They want proof for gods existence ?
Or they do not trust god ? Or they are too much confident about their intelligence and will power and think they can mold their future the way in which they want ? or some other reason ? I am quite curious to know.

I think the more intelligent and confident people simply realize that brbrthere is no conclusive proof re. whether God exists or notbrbreven if God does exist, it is impossible to understand why He would create us and this universe...... a perfect entity, Omnipotent and Omniscient, can have no desire, will or purpose since any such inclination would be an imbalance or imperfectionbrbrperfect entity would also imply absolute indifference...... nothing at all can make a difference requiring any intervention or need to make any miracles or supernatural events to happenbrbrit is clear from the foregoing that the attributes of God as widely believed and emphasized by various religions seem grossly contradictory to our logic...... intelligence demands that anything not consistently logical ought to be experienced personally to be believedbrbrand finally, future is uncertain since we do not have enough knowledge to create perfect predictability and the colossal chain of cause and effect that governs the universe is too huge and complex for any of us or all of us put together to ever be able to identify and understand completely..... we can therefore be confident about ourselves or anything else for that matter, only in a limited way and to a limited extent only.brbrIn my view, therefore, it is to be expected that an intelligent and confident person would neither be able to believe totally in God nor be able to disbelieve absolutely...... such ambivalence fits in wonderfully with our personality which is irrefutably proved inconsistent and imperfect in every other way as well!! Wisdom therefore demands that we realize how small and insignificant we are after all!!brbrThere have been a few individuals over the ages, claiming personal experience of having felt the presence of God or heard the voice of God etc........ unfortunately, a majority of such claims has been ultimately found to be either a delusion or hoax, but there is no conclusive way any personal experience can either be proved or disproved..... hence even in such cases, I find it difficult to either believe or disbelieve totally. What I know for sure is the fact that I have never had any such personal experience as yet.brbrGod bless us all!!
